The following guidelines are in place to keep the Board Meetings organized and on track. Typically, if an owner has individual items that they want to address, the property manager will be available after the meetings are adjourned and can always be contacted via email or phone.
- All questions must be submitted at least three (3) business days prior to the meeting via emailing BrentwoodVillaCondos@gmail.com
- No questions will be answered at the time of the meeting if they are not submitted prior to meeting
- All questions must be general to the community
- No maintenance questions should be submitted or addressed at the meeting
